KERATECH is a modern enterprise with its own manufacturing base, founded on the basis of engineering and manufacturing of fireproof materials. They use Easy Project to track orders for clients and for contact management.

  • Planning and monitoring of supplies for clients
  • Distinguishing deliveries by product type
  • Document management on individual contracts and limiting accessibility to the documents for regular workers
  • Attendance monitoring and resolution presence in the office or on a trip abroad
  • Reporting time worked
  • Scheduling appointments and monitoring the availability of other workers

Implementation

In projects there are user-defined fields set for tracking commodities sold. Clients have projects created , in sub-projects the deliveries are tracked. Documents are versioned and sorted by categories. Categories allow you to manage role-based access of workers to the project. All documents on the project can be filtered and searched in the module "List of attachments".

Users plan  attendance and enter planned foreign trips into Easy Project . If they forget to schedule attendance, it can be done by an assistant. Monthly reports of hours worked are shown in the financial statements. Users can plan a meeting by using the module "Enhanced Calendar" on their personal page. In that way, they can see meetings of other staff and the availability of meeting rooms.

Implementation was customized and carried out without modifications.
