Aritu, a trusted partner of Easy Software, has embarked on a journey to revolutionize project management and resource planning within the industrial environment. Why Did You Start the Partner Program with Easy Software?
Thanks to our long experience and our relationship with the industrial environment, we detected the need for professional tools for project management and resource planning. It had to be agile software, easy to use, open-source, and easy to integrate with other systems.
After analyzing and comparing more than 6 project management platforms, we decided on Easy Project, both for our internal use and for our clients, since in addition to meeting all our requirements, it has other interesting modules.
How Was the Onboarding Stage?
For us, it was a strategic decision and that is why we dedicated the necessary internal resources. The process was progressive, but simple, especially due to the support and experience of the EasyProject team.
How Satisfied Are You with Easy Software Products?
We are satisfied with the variety of solutions that Easy Project provides and above all with the possibility of being able to personalize and adapt to the client's needs and methodology. In addition, we can offer support to our clients ourselves, which allows us to offer more direct and close attention.
What Products Do You Mostly Integrate for Clients?
The most common is standard project management, both classic and agile methodologies. In addition, Resource planning is one of the most important needs of clients and the Help Desk is another of the most requested modules.
What are the main pain points that solve products for your clients?
Visualizing all the projects and tasks to be managed is already an advantage for many clients, in addition to sharing that information with the rest of the team.
What are the industries your customers are from?
Aritu's clients are mainly industrial companies:
- machine tool manufacturers;
- consumer goods manufacturers;
- foundries;
- stamping companies, etc.
Although among our clients there are also media companies or universities.
How Valuable Is the Support and Consulting from the Easy Team?
From the beginning, we have felt comfortable with the received care, with a very close and professional team. Furthermore, the response to incidents or queries is fast and agile.
Is Easy Software Financially Beneficial for Your Company?
As I have mentioned, it is a strategic issue for Aritu, which allows us to have another solution for our portfolio and attract new clients. Our volume of implementations is not yet very high so the investment has not been recovered, however, the individual projects are profitable.
